For nearly 15 years, ABB’s IRB 360 FlexPicker has been the leader in state-of-the-art high-speed robotic picking and packaging technology. Compared to conventional hard automation, the IRB 360 offers much more flexibility in a compact size while maintaining accuracy and high payload capacity.

The ABB IRB 360 series robots, better known as the FlexPicker, are suitable for the fastest picking applications and are optimized for packaging applications. The robot has excellent motion performance with the shortest cycle times, precision accuracy and high payload capacity.

The IRB 360 series includes variants with load capacities of 1 kg, 3 kg, 6 kg and 8 kg and reaches of 800 mm, 1130 mm and 1600 mm. So there is an IRB 360 for almost every need.

Excellent motion control, short cycle times and precision accuracy allow an IRB 360 to operate at very high speeds in both narrow and wide spaces with very tight tolerances. Each FlexPicker also has a newly designed tool flange that fits larger grippers, allowing products with flow wraps to be efficiently processed at high speeds from an indexing conveyor.
