Welcome to IRS Robotics! In this privacy statement we explain how we handle your personal data that we collect at IRS Robotics. We describe where we store your data, for what purposes we store it and what your rights are regarding your data. Please note that this privacy statement may change from time to time, for example due to changes in legislation. We recommend that you check this statement regularly.

01. IRS Robotics

You are currently on the privacy statement of IRS Robotics. IRS Robotics is a trade name of IRS (Industrial Realization Services) BV, a company specializing in robotics, including robot sales, robot services, and robot maintenance.

If your information is collected by IRS Robotics, it is important that you understand how we handle that information and how you can indicate your preferences regarding your information. 02. Purpose of data

We collect personal data at IRS Robotics for several purposes:

1. Sending newsletters: We send commercial and informational newsletters via email. Your name and e-mail address are collected through the appropriate form on the IRS Robotics website. We may also ask you verbally or in writing to sign up.
2. Contacting us: If you contact us through the website, we collect only the information necessary to provide a proposal or service, such as name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
3. Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Statcounter to analyze how many visitors our website has and how they got there. The data we collect through Analytics and Statcounter is anonymous and not linked to your name, company or email address. This data is kept for 2 years and a maximum of 1 year respectively.

03. Recipients

The data received and processed by IRS Robotics is managed through:

1. Mailchimp: Your name and email address are automatically stored in Mailchimp when you sign up for the newsletter.
2. Email system and email storage: IRS Robotics’ emails are hosted and stored through Google Workspace. Emails you send to us via forms or email are thus stored on Google’s servers.
3. Hosting: IRS Robotics’ website is hosted at Hosting2Go in Breda. Data you leave on our website is stored on Hosting2Go’s servers, as well as in our email system as described above.

04. Cookies

Our website uses cookies, small files that can store information on your computer, phone or tablet. We use functional cookies to ensure that the website works properly. Tracking cookies also allow us to measure and record browsing behavior. When you visit our website, only functional cookies are loaded and no personal information is stored. Therefore, we do not have a cookie banner.

05. Storage period

Your data will be stored by IRS Robotics for the duration necessary to carry out our activities, unless we are required by law to keep your data longer.

1. Sending newsletters: Your name and email address will be kept indefinitely. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the newsletters or by sending an email to [email protected].
2. Contacting you: Data you provide when you contact us via email is kept indefinitely because our email system also contains order history and appointment history.
3. Analytics: Data collected through Analytics is kept indefinitely.

06. Security

We do not make physical copies of your personal data. Your data are managed in the previously mentioned systems and software and are secured with passwords. Moreover, our website is secured with an SSL certificate, which means that your connection to the IRS Robotics website is private.

07. Your Rights

You have several rights regarding your personal data:

1. Right of access: You can request your data stored at IRS Robotics at any time. Please contact us at [email protected] to receive an overview of your data.
2. Right of rectification: If your data is incorrect or has changed, you have the right to ask IRS Robotics to correct it. You can change the data relating to the newsletter yourself via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
3. Right to transfer: If you need your personal data for use with another party or service, you have the right to data transfer. IRS Robotics will transfer your data to the other party.
4. Right to erasure of data: If you do not want your data to be kept at IRS Robotics, you have the right to request the erasure of your data.
5. Right to file a complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority if you believe IRS Robotics is not handling your data appropriately.
6. Right to stop data use (objection): If you do not want IRS Robotics to use your data, you have the right to ask to stop the use of your personal data. You can do this at [email protected] by sending a copy of your ID with the passport photo, numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID proof number and BSN rendered illegible. We aim to respond within a week.

08. Obligations

IRS Robotics processes personal data because of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest, such as offering services or products via email. Your data will never be sold to third parties. The mandatory data you must provide are minimal and necessary for offering our services or products. For example, your e-mail address is needed to send the newsletter. If this mandatory data is not provided, IRS Robotics cannot offer the service in question. If it is necessary to share your data with parties other than those listed above (for example, to offer a service), we will first ask for your permission. IRS Robotics reserves the right to disclose information when required by law or when justified to comply with a legal request/process or to protect the rights, property or safety of IRS Robotics.
