• Robot Arm: We intensively check for wear and replace parts that are defective, suspect or worn out, ensuring that the robot arm is in optimal condition.
• Lubrication & Batteries: We replace lubricants as needed and refill if the oil or grease still meets requirements. Batteries are always renewed.
• Controller: The control unit is thoroughly checked and repaired according to OEM standards. Any defects, overrides or safety hazards are corrected so that the controller functions reliably.
• Cabling: All cabling and connectors are inspected and repaired where necessary. This prevents failures and signal loss, which is crucial for stable and safe operation of the robot.
• Teach Pendant: The teach pendant (often heavily used) is fully checked and tested to ensure trouble-free operation.
• Performance Testing: Each robot is tested for positioning accuracy, repeatability, movement speed and load capacity. This ensures performance within the range of the original specifications.
• Visual Condition (Cleanliness): In addition to technical reliability, we ensure that the robot is clean and spray painted. This is essential for companies in industries where cleanliness and appearance play a role, but also respectful of the brand.
• Loading & Transport: We provide assistance with loading and provide worldwide transport, ensuring that the robot arrives at its destination safely and efficiently.
