For a very well known (large) Dutch company, IRS Robotics delivered 6 pc. refurbished Fanuc S-420 iF and an ABB robot with welding equipment. All robots have been tested well, repainted and have had full maintenance.

The RAB Safety Mark is the only safety mark for the industrial robotic branche. A demand to get the Safety Mark is a proven verification of robot safety through independant auditors and thus proven implementation according to the latest European Guidelines, Robot Standards and Directives.

On behalf of the RAB Robotics Safety Mark Foundation, Mr. Ir. Barend Nesse hands over the new Safety Mark certificate 2011-2013 to IRS Robotics.

IRS Robotics invested in a new 6-axis Yaskawa Motoman robot MA1900 with DX100 controller.
As of January 2012, IRS Robotics will do 24/7 hrs-robot service for one of our customers on behalf of robot manufacturer Yaskawa Motoman.
It is no need to mention that IRS Robotics is satisfied with the fact that both manufacturer and customer take IRS info confidence.

Now at stock at IRS Robotics Budel: pre-owned 6-axes Fanuc S420iF robots with RJ-2 controller.
The payload is 120 kg, the robot mass is approx. 1500 kg and the reach is 2405 mm.
Because of the relative low mass of the robot arm, this robot is ideal for material handling, pick & place, Arc welding, spot welding and assembly.
This robot is a floor mounted version.

To service our new and regular customers even more, we developed a new website. So what's new? There is a new look, more information, a better navigation and a log-in module for regular customers. Through this log-in module, our customers will have access to our on-line IRS M&S (Maintenance & Support) area. This offers you the following IRS services:
- On-line availability of the IRS robot maintenance reports of your robot(s). So you can look them up whenever you need.
- On-line availability of robotmanuals and CE Declarations of Conformity of your type of robot(s)
- On-line possibility to report - non urgent - findings of your robots or cell through your own periodical (daily, weekly, monthly) inspection.
- A possibility to activate the IRS Periodical Service-announcement module
